Greg graduated with a Master's Degree in Chiropractic from Durban University of Technology, South Africa in 1995. Since then he has worked as a lecturer and senior lecturer in South Africa and the U.K., respectively, alongside being in part-time chiropractic practice. He completed his postgraduate studies in the U.K. obtaining postgraduate degrees from Univerisity College London and Oxford University. He then read medicine at Queen Mary College, University of London and completed his house officer hospital training, thereafter in the U.K. He is currently completing a specialist doctorate through King's College, London. His research interests lie in complex clinical interventions, particularly in clinical trials investigating low back pain, neck pain, myofascial pain and primary headache. He has published widely in database-listed peer-reviewed journals. His future plans are to develoop a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and associated research, with a view to integrating medical and chiropractic care in clinical practice. At Murdoch University he participates extensively in teaching and research activities particularly in clinical and diagnostic subjects. An additional task is to forge links between the chiropractic profession and the broader healthcare system, with the intention of creating professional opportunities for chiropractors and to allow both students and practitioners the ability to appreciate their role within health care. He enjoys playing golf, motor cycling and martial arts, currently holding black belts in two disciplines.
